Today our baby girl turns three. What a joy she has been to our family. Scout has such a sweet, spunky, and loving spirit about her. She constantly makes us laugh with her humor and quick wit. She acts so much older than she is and is extremely smart and kind.
When she came along I wasn’t sure how well I could mother two little girls but she’s made it so easy. She completes our little family. She’s quite the mama’s girl but loves her daddy big! Fire station visits on shift days are her favorite. She is such a unique blend of the both of us but at the same time is her own person. And I love that so much! She loves her big sister and wants to be just like her. Some of her favorite things currently are: Peppa Pig, playing beauty shop, getting fixed up in hair, make up, and twirly dresses, strawberries, watermelon, and gardening with her Grand. I’ve never seen a girl who loves accessories as much as she does. She’s my little shopping buddy. She’s always telling me how much she loves me or how beautiful I am. She can make a bad day perfect in a minute. You can expect to find her right next to me putting on “lips” while we get ready in the mornings.Scout, I pray you know how much you are loved! It’s an honor to be your mama and I hope that you always know who you are and who’s you are. That you always look to Jesus and keep him in your heart. I pray that your Dad and I lead you girls well. I’m so thankful you are mine. Happy third birthday, baby girl! I hope this year is the best yet.
