Life and love. Homegrown.
Hey! I’m Kenzie. This blog is where I keep a record of our daily happenings and memories made raising kids and cattle on the Rafter PS Ranch. Nestled in the heart of the Great Plains, we strive to live differently and enjoy the simple things in life. I find beauty in clothes hanging on a line, kids jumping across hay bales, and learning life lessons while putting out salt block. I hope you will too.
Just A girl whose idea of the perfect date night is on horseback, riding through a field of Indian paintbrush and cattle. I romanticize the simple things in life and rural roots. I married a farm boy I met when I was 17 who added the title of firefighter to his resume and together we are raising our two daughters in the “Oklahoma Hills where I was born.” I own a little boutique/general store and you can find me going from “table to tractor” all summer long with home-cooked meals – feeding my husband and dad in the hayfield. I hope you find encouragement in our life and love that’s homegrown.
