Sunday Morning Cinnamon French Toast Casserole
This is such an easy recipe that is a delicious treat to feed a crowd.

Ingredients
- 12 slices texas toast
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 splash Mexican vanilla
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Crumble Topping
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon or more if desired
- 1 stick butter melted
Garnish
- maple syrup
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish.
- Slice bread into quarters and place into dish. I just ripped mine for a more rustic look.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Pour the mixture over the bread and place in the refrigerator to soak for 30 minutes.
- Make crumble mixture and when the time is up, pour over the bread mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until it is completely done.
- Drizzle maple sugar and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
