This recipe is easy, delicious, and is great to use leftover meat from a dinner the night before. We’ve used chicken, beef, and pulled pork/verde.
You can easily swap ingredients to your liking, change the noodles for gluten free, etc. This is a great meal to customize to your own.

I’ve made this once before and it was delicious! I’m making it again for a potluck and was wondering if you think I could assemble it the night before and then bake it right before I go?
So glad you loved it! I would think so, I’ve not tried that yet but maybe wait to add in the pork until you’re ready to bake.
