This recipe is so good and is a fun twist on what a typical pasta salad would be!
Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta of your choice cooked
- 1 cup honey bbq dressing
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1/2 red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 red onion finely diced
- 2 cups chicken cooked and diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- corn chips
Instructions
- Place cooked pasta and chicken n a large bowl.
- Stir together the dressing and sour cream until well combined. Pour over pasta and Toss to evenly coat.
- Add black beans, corn, green chiles, bell pepper, onion, cheese, and cilantro. Toss to mix well.
- Spoon into individual bowls and add corn chips on top. Serve.
