Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • drizzle olive oil
  • flaky Maldon sea salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Toast your sourdough bread.
  • Mash avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Spread avocado mixture on toasted bread. Drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle on flaked sea salt and cracked black pepper.
