BBQ Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta of your choice cooked
  • 1 cup honey bbq dressing
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • corn chips

Instructions

  • Place cooked pasta and chicken n a large bowl.
  • Stir together the dressing and sour cream until well combined. Pour over pasta and Toss to evenly coat.
  • Add black beans, corn, green chiles, bell pepper, onion, cheese, and cilantro. Toss to mix well.
  • Spoon into individual bowls and add corn chips on top. Serve.
