Preheat the oven to 375.
Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish.
Slice bread into quarters and place into dish. I just ripped mine for a more rustic look.
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Pour the mixture over the bread and place in the refrigerator to soak for 30 minutes.
Make crumble mixture and when the time is up, pour over the bread mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until it is completely done.
Drizzle maple sugar and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
