I am so proud of this little stinker. Months ago, she came to Zack and I asking if she could go to “gym-to-nastics.” At this point, potty training was almost complete. We told her that if she could get completely potty trained she could start. Well in a matter of two days were were using the potty 24/7! If we would have known this process would have gone so quickly, we would have made this deal a lot sooner. And I was just super excited that she was asking to get involved in something.

Last night began the next 3-4 year old session at our local gymnastics gym as well as her first night to start. I picked her up from daycare and told her where we were going and she couldn’t wait. We got changed in the car and she jumped out ready to “roll and jump high!” and then she said “MOM CHEESE! Take my picture!” I was so tickled but I didn’t think she would go for it because the parents aren’t allowed to go into the gym-just able to watch through the window. However, she proved me wrong and did the whole class with a huge smile on her face.

I wanted to tear up because I couldn’t sit there without thinking how independent she has become and how grown up she looked. I am so thankful that I get to take her to do these things. These are the best days.

Paisley, no matter if you do this two more weeks or 20 more years, I am so proud of you. You can do anything and be anything you want to be, sweet girl.
