Smash burgers are our favorite on the ranch and this recipe is going to be one of your new favorites. The sauce is absolutely delicious and I don’t think you’ll look at another burger the same. If you have the time, try making your own hamburger buns to really up the quality and flavor. Lean, longhorn beef is what we use.
