I love this diverse casserole that transports you to a time of an old cast iron over an open flame. Between the beef, pinto beans, corn, and biscuits, it’s one all of the cowboys will love. It’s also easily modifiable so feel free to switch an ingredient or two out to something you’d rather have. I prefer my homemade biscuit dough recipe so I nix the refrigerator biscuits (there as a suggestion for those who are busy on the go.)
