I hope you find these posts helpful, slightly entertaining, and inspiring in some way. I've always enjoyed getting my thoughts onto something tangible, having a space to reference and reflect back on. Thank you for being here.
I made these last week (and also included them in the Hayfield Meals plan) and it’s one of my favorite recipes. Eat on its own, serve with a side salad, top on pasta- the options are endless. It’s also nice to make extra to use on meatball subs or freeze for a later time! I made two variations, one with an Italian Sauce and one with BBQ sauce.
We use our ranch raised beef in this recipe and it’s so good! I always recommend turning them a bit toward the end and I typically overcook. You want to make sure the meat is cooked all the way through.
I hope you enjoy these! They are really easy to make and feed a crowd. You can easily throw on some pasta or toss a Caesar salad to pair with them. If you do the BBQ version, saute some green beans and put on some mashed potatoes. Let me know if you make them and how you liked them!
