I made these last week (and also included them in the Hayfield Meals plan) and it’s one of my favorite recipes. Eat on its own, serve with a side salad, top on pasta- the options are endless. It’s also nice to make extra to use on meatball subs or freeze for a later time! I made two variations, one with an Italian Sauce and one with BBQ sauce.
We use our ranch raised beef in this recipe and it’s so good! I always recommend turning them a bit toward the end and I typically overcook. You want to make sure the meat is cooked all the way through.
