Our family LOVES books and no matter how old my kids get, I’m still going to break out all of the picture books and read to them. I am drawn to stories that spark imagination and have beautiful illustrations. Christmas books always seem to be on another level when it comes to those things.

Every year I have a large stack of books near the tree that I let the girls choose from each night to read before bed. Some are books we’ve bought, others are from my childhood and even my moms.

These are just a few we have out but I’m going to share a link to a complete list of all of our favorite picture books, holiday and non-holiday! I’ll continue to update it from time to time when we come across new favorites. On the weekends, we might save some like The Grinch, Nutcracker, or Polar Express so we can read the book and watch the movie afterwards for family movie night.
