Sharing my final nod to summer on this last day of September even though it’s technically already fall. In Oklahoma, the temperatures aren’t reflecting that the season has changed. This fun cookie recipe inspired me to make something that isn’t on the pumpkin and cinnamon train……yet. It’s coming though!

I found this cute cookie stamp online and am convinced I need to stamp my cookies from here on out. They are so much fun! Tip: I did mine as soon as I pulled them from the oven. I also stored these in an airtight container with a slice of bread so they stay soft and chewy.
