A classic salad recipe that I love pairing with many of my dishes.

• large head of romaine lettuce
• parmesan cheese, shredded
• crisp croutons
• grape tomatoes
• sliced red onion

Homemade Caesar Dressing

• 1/2 cup mayo
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 gloves garlic minced
• 2 tbsp dijon mustard
• 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Whisk all of the ingredients together in a mason jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Shake the jar before dressing the salad.
