I am so excited to finally share that Zack landed his dream job and got hired at our local fire department! After a long process (since November) of interviews, physical tests, etc. he was called and accepted the offer. He actually got the call on the night he graduated from the Fire Academy back in January but his start date began April 4th.  A big prayer answered for us and we are so thankful for this blessing. I am so excited to see where his career takes him. He absolutely loves what he does and has the biggest servants heart. He truly cares for others and I know will go far as a fireman.

Our town’s Rotary Club has an annual pancake fry fundraiser with the fire department and it fell on his first week of work (April 6th.) Paisley was so excited to see where daddy worked and was hoping Sparky the dalmatian would be there. I love that our department is so family friendly. The kids got to take their pictures on the trucks and old wagon and Paisley kept telling me that her daddy was at the station now because he is a “fighter fighter.”

We are so, so proud of you babe! Thank you for all you do for not only us, but for others.
