A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was create
I’ve been wanting to share some of our favorite summer beach favorites and swimwear. We went to the beach last month and thankfully the house we stayed at supplied a lot of things like floaties, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, towels, etc. So with those aside, I wanted to share some other items that we take along with us as well as my most loved swimwear brands.
Bogg Bag: These are overpriced (and I actually have a dupe that is just as good) but I love the concept and they are so nice because you can rinse them out with a water hose!
Oversize Beach Towel: These are nice when laying out on the beach. These I found are great quality and reasonable.
Towel Stakes: My first time to use these this summer and they were so nice and helpful!
Beach Hat: This one is reasonable and fold-able. Easy to pack!
Sunnies: This is a given but I always bring a pair that I don’t mind get wet and salt/sand all over them.
Ice Chest: When we travel, we eat breakfast at our house, take lunch and snacks to the beach, and go out for dinner. We drove this year so the ice chest was even more handy on the long car ride. Invest in one that will last. Mine has served me well and is now covered in all sorts of stickers from our travels.
Good Book: You’re at the beach. I’m always reminded when I finally slow down of how much I love to read. Take a couple of books you’ve wanted to dive into but don’t.
Wipes: Something I don’t go without anymore-even in my purse. No one wants literal sand in their sandwich from your hands.
Kortni Jeane: This is probably my favorite brand because they have so many different style options, they are mix and match, the whole family can find a suit, and they change patterns/colors often so it’s always new and fresh. This is what we all wore in Tybee this year pictured above. Zack also had the same patterned swim trunks.
Matilda Jane: They come out with a couple suits each year that are great and keep their quality.
Albion Fit: These are pricey but if you use a swimsuit a lot, I think they are worth the investment. Super nice quality and they stay that way. Not to mention they have beautiful designs.
Amazon: I’ve bought a few from here and they were great and affordable! I’ll link some of my swim picks here.
