Not to toot my own horn too much but I have to say that I am not too shabby at being organized. Actually, I really love it. Danny Tanner is to cleaning as Kenzie is to organizing. P.S. if you don’t know Danny Tanner you needed more Full House in your life as a child.
This year, however, I want to become more organized. I can feel my husband rolling his eyes already when he reads this post but really, I like things in order. Call me crazy because I have a toddler and a hubs who could give 2 cents about being organized, but it is happening this year. Every few weeks or so I am going to be posting some ways of how we are becoming more organized in our home. The next post may be a link-up so feel free to join in on the fun! This is so simple but I wanted a way to organized my cookbooks.
I honestly had our cookbooks shoved in a “junk” drawer. I wish I would have put in a nook in our kitchen island for these but thought of it too late. Then I decided that these could be displayed somewhere in the kitchen.
I found this cute basket on Amazon and thought it would be perfect for my growing collection. Hey, it may even motivate me to cook more. :)
Something so simple freed up drawer space and made a cute little display for my books.
How do you like to organize your cookbooks, or books in general?
