I used to do these five on friday posts often when this blog first began. I love reading other’s so I’m bringing pre-weekend snippets back to life on Fridays.
We are in the middle of our ship-lapping adventure. We are working on the living room, kitchen, hall, and then will move on to the bathrooms. I’m so ready for my house to be put back together but it will look so good once it’s finished. And being completely real with you guys……our tree is finally coming down this weekend. Yes, the Christmas tree. And yes, it’s February. I feel like I’ve been running non stop and haven’t had a spare moment to do anything. I’m not the only one am I? Probably.
We are celebrating our big soon to be F I V E year old Sunday. We are having a Junie B Jones party to celebrate her turning a whole hand on the 7th. How is that possible? This party was a lot harder to plan because of me never having a free moment and there isn’t a ton of Junie B stuff out there but I’m excited to have it all come together.
Speaking of Junie B Birthday, I am so excited for her party outfit! The skirt is from gap, sweater from amazon, and tights from Hanna Anderson. I love the randomness in Junie B and the way she dresses and those purple glasses are too fun! Stay tuned for party pics next week!
One of our favorite things to do is to ride on the golf cart in the pasture and check on the cows and our donkeys. These boys are the sweetest and I love that they never leave each other’s side. Pretty good “watch dogs” if you ask me. They probably think they are part cow.
All of our goodies are starting to roll in from market for Farm Girl! If you get the chance, shop with us online at farmgirlboutique.com :) I really want to keep this beauty for me (like I need another bag-or any more cheetah print stuff) but it’s one of my favorites! We will be keeping them in stock all year so if we sell out online, rest assured they will come back.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and if you don’t mine, say a prayer for our family! Scout was sick all night and we are praying it’s nothing contagious.
